Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Standard international shipping takes 10–18 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat $4.99 shipping fee. Express shipping is calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email within 48 hours of your order shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@woodboard.store and we'll do our best to help.
Products
What wood types do you use?
Our boards are made from walnut, maple, acacia, and Moso bamboo — all chosen for hardness, durability, and beauty. Each material has different characteristics; see individual product pages for details.
How do I care for my cutting board?
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water — never soak or put in the dishwasher. Apply food-grade mineral oil monthly to keep the wood hydrated and prevent cracking. With proper care, a quality wood board lasts decades.
Are your knives dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing all knives. Dishwashers can dull the blade and damage the handle over time. A quick rinse and dry is all they need.
How do I maintain my knife's edge?
Use a honing steel before each use to realign the edge. Sharpen with a whetstone or professional sharpener every few months depending on use.
What steel are your knives made from?
Our chef's knife and knife set use high-carbon German stainless steel (56 HRC). Our Damascus santoku uses 67-layer Damascus steel with a VG-10 core (62 HRC).
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us and we'll arrange a return or replacement. See our full Refund Policy for details.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please take a photo and contact us at hello@woodboard.store within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately.
