Refund Policy

We want you to love your Woodboard products. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@woodboard.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and will appear in your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hello@woodboard.shop with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no need to return the item.

Change of mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

Non-returnable items

Knives that have been used or sharpened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
